Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN), Adult Psychiatric Unit

Compensation Package
A base compensation package is provided, along with additional benefits:
- $7,500 sign-on bonus w/24-month commitment
- Shift Differentials: $2.60 nights, $2.00 weekends, $1.10 afternoons, $1.00 Specialty Certs, double-time incentive shifts, plus flexible shifts/self-scheduling

Qualifications
To be considered for this role, applicants should possess a state of Michigan RN license and an associate degree from an accredited nursing school (bachelor's degree preferred). Additional requirements include:
- Basic Life Support Health Care Provider (BLS-HCP)
- Handle with Care- Advanced (within 90 days)
Essential Functions
The successful candidate will perform plan of care intervention, including medication administration, specimen collection, clinical treatments, and other medical care treatment. They will also document patient care given, monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as appropriate, assist patients with daily living activities, collaborate across disciplines to coordinate patient care, evaluate learning needs, and work as an advocate for patient well-being.
