Hiring: Purchasing Manager (Construction Industry)
We are a midsize construction company looking for an experienced Purchasing Manager to join our team.
Requirements:
• Experience in construction purchasing
• Strong knowledge of construction materials
• Familiarity with New York City construction industry, vendors, and suppliers
• Good computer skills
• Strong communication skills, especially over the phone
• Organized, responsible, and able to work independently
Responsibilities:
• Ordering and tracking materials
• Coordinating deliveries and managing logistics
• Working with driver and shop staff to support daily operations
• Preparing and managing submittals
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Middle Village, Queens, NY
