We are looking for skilled, motivated individuals to be our Design Consultants and help us grow our business.

This is a client-facing sales role that involves in-home consultations, where you'll guide homeowners through the design process and help bring their dream spaces to life. We are looking for a Design Consultant who would be focused on growing our business in Sussex County, where most clients will reside in Coastal Delaware.

This position will be primarily focused on our newly released Garage line, but will also include indoor spaces such as closets. We are looking for someone who can assist us in launching our garage business throughout the State of Delaware.

Requirements:

• Sales Experience - design experience is a plus!
• Proficiency in technology and ability to understand design software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction
• Client travel within the State of Delaware (all counties)
• A passion for home organization and design
• Flexibility to provide consultations on occasional Saturday's is a PLUS
  
  
  

Responsibilities:

• Meet with clients to understand their storage needs and preferences
• Design custom closets and spaces using our software
• Provide estimates and proposals for custom closet systems
• Collaborate with the installation team to ensure accurate and efficient installation
• Provide exceptional customer service and communication throughout the design and installation process
• Not all sales occur on the first visit, so accountability and diligence in following-up with our clients is a critical part of the role
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment
• Follow company policies and procedures related to design and customer service
  
  
  

Compensation: $65,000.00 - $100,000 per year (commission-based). For the right candidate, an hourly pay reduced commission pay structure during the first 3-6 months may be available.
