What You’ll Do
- Conduct in-home consultations with qualified leads
- Design custom closets, garages, and storage solutions
- Present proposals using 3D design software
- Manage the full sales cycle from consultation to close
- Build strong client relationships and generate referrals
- Partner with installation teams to ensure project success
- Meet or exceed sales goals
- You’re confident, consultative, and able to guide clients to decisions
- You’re both creative and results-driven
- You’re self-motivated and comfortable managing your own schedule
- You take ownership and follow through from start to finish
- You create a polished, professional client experience
- You’re motivated by performance-based income and growth

- Experience in sales and/or design (home improvement preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to translate client needs into functional designs
- Comfortable learning or using design software
- Organized, detail-oriented, and self-driven
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
