Job Overview:
We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Lead Installer to join our Connecticut team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for bringing our custom designs to life in clients’ homes. You’ll work with power tools, follow design plans, and ensure each project is completed with high-quality craftsmanship and a professional customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Load materials and travel to job sites throughout Connecticut, with a focus on New Haven, Middlesex, and New London counties
- Accurately install custom closet and storage systems according to provided design specs
- Use hand tools, power tools, and levels to complete installations safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and safe work area, both during and after installation
- Troubleshoot and problem-solve on-site if adjustments are needed
- Communicate clearly and respectfully with customers and teammates
- Ensure all jobs are completed to brand standards and customer satisfaction
- Experience with cabinetry, carpentry, trim, and home installations preferred
- Ability to read basic measurements and use power tools safely
- Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
- Dependable, punctual, and professional
- Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Able to lift 50 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods
