This is a client-facing role that involves the installation and proper finish of closet systems, where you will assemble, trim, and problem solve custom closet solutions into existing spaces. We are looking for a 1099/Subcontractor Closet Installer who would be focused on growing our business in Sussex County and Coastal Delaware where most of our clients reside.

Requirements:
- Must carry own liability insurance and provide a COI to Up Closets of Delaware
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Familiarity with a variety of tools and equipment used in closet installations
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and perform physical tasks as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Vocational or technical training in carpentry or a related field preferred
- Experience with custom carpentry and cabinetry installation a plus
- Install custom closet systems in clients' homes or businesses according to design specifications
- Ensure high-quality workmanship and attention to detail
- Provide exceptional customer service and communication throughout the installation process
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects
- Follow company policies and procedures related to installation and customer service
