Up Closets of Sarasota, a leading provider of custom closet solutions, is seeking a closet installer assistant to join our team. We are looking for someone passionate about creating functional and beautiful spaces that meet each client's unique needs.

Requirements:

• Basic carpentry or construction experience preferred
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and perform physical tasks as needed
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Vocational or technical training in carpentry or a related field preferred
• Experience with custom carpentry and cabinetry is a plus
  
  
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist lead installer with loading, unloading and organizing materials
• Help transport tools and supplies to and from the job site
• Support installing custom closet systems in clients' homes or businesses according to design specifications
• Collaborate with lead installer to ensure timely completion of projects
• Follow company policies and procedures related to installation and customer service
• Learn and develop installation and measurement skills over time

Pay
