What You'll Actually Experience
6 to 8 patients per day max. 60-minute, true one-on-one sessions. Highly motivated, performance-driven patients who actually want to be there. No insurance battles. Dedicated and paid documentation time. Weekly mentorship and clinical development. Freedom to build your own niche within the practice. Flexible scheduling including 4-day workweek options.
Growth Path
We are expanding. Over the next 1 to 3 years, this role can evolve into Lead PT, program developer (youth athletes, pelvic health, performance training), or a Clinic Director track. If you want upward trajectory, it exists here.

Compensation and Benefits
$79,000 to $110,000 depending on performance and caseload. Performance-based bonuses. Health, dental, and vision insurance. PTO. Continuing education allowance. Clinical Excellence Program. Retirement plan. Relocation support available for the right candidate.
