Full-Time On-Air Sales Associate / Live Stream Host Up and Over Industries LLC | Martinsburg, WV | On-site Love Disney? Love Selling? Have a big personality and a natural way with people? Up and Over Industries LLC, a growing Disney merchandise live-selling company, is hiring a full-time, on-camera Sales Associate / Live Stream Host to lead engaging live shopping streams from our Martinsburg office. You bring the personality, enthusiasm, and love of Disney. We’ll teach you the rest. This position is entirely on-site. All work takes place at our Martinsburg, WV office. No remote work is available. WHAT YOU’LL DO - Host fun, fast-paced live shopping streams featuring Disney merchandise and auction-style selling. - Connect with viewers, keep the energy up, and turn first-time shoppers into repeat buyers. - Present products clearly and help customers get excited about what’s available. - Follow all platform rules and our established selling formats. - Help set up before streams, prepare merchandise for shipping, and keep the stream room clean and organized. REQUIRED SCHEDULE Please do not apply unless you can consistently work the schedule below or the weekend alternative described here. - Monday–Thursday: Start around 2:00–3:00 PM and finish around 9:00–9:30 PM. Live streams may run until approximately 9:30 PM. - Friday: Approximately 11:00 AM–7:00 PM. - Saturday and Sunday: Normally off. For the right candidate, if requested, we’re open to giving you one full weekday off in exchange for working either Saturday or Sunday. This arrangement must be agreed upon in advance. TRAINING AND COMPENSATION During training: - Approximately $15/hour. - Approximately 20 hours per week. - Training hours differ from the regular schedule and will be discussed during the interview process. - Training length depends on your progress and may be brief for the right person. Maybe as short as one week. After training: - $20/hour base pay, plus commission. - Monthly performance bonus eligibility after the initial period. - First-year on-target total earnings of $50,000–$60,000. Actual earnings depend on performance and are not guaranteed. - Opportunity for a base pay increase in your second year based on performance. WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR - A genuine Disney fan. There’s no trivia test, but authentic enthusiasm and familiarity with what we sell are essential. - An energetic, friendly on-camera personality. You can keep a conversation moving and make viewers feel welcome. - A natural salesperson. You enjoy helping people find something they love through a friendly, approachable sales style. - An independent self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit. You’ll work solo approximately 80% of the time after training, so you need to be comfortable hosting streams and keeping the audience engaged on your own. - A reliable teammate. You show up prepared, follow through, and can commit to the agreed-upon schedule. No previous live-selling experience is necessary.
