Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly
- Answer multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing accurate information or directing calls appropriately
- Manage front desk operations including scheduling appointments, maintaining visitor logs, and handling incoming correspondence
- Perform clerical duties such as data entry, proofreading documents, and word processing to support office functions
- Assist with office management tasks including calendar management, supply inventory, and basic bookkeeping activities
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries efficiently and maintaining positive client communication
- Support administrative tasks such as filing, organizing documents, and ensuring the smooth flow of daily office activities
Skills
- Bilingual proficiency is highly desirable to effectively communicate with diverse clients and visitors
- Strong office management skills with experience in handling front desk operations and administrative support
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer literacy for various clerical tasks
- Excellent phone etiquette with experience managing multi-line phone systems and phone reception duties
- Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Effective client communication skills coupled with professional personal assistant experience including calendar management
- Attention to detail for proofreading, data entry accuracy, and maintaining organized records
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously while demonstrating time management expertise
- Previous office experience with familiarity in bookkeeping, customer support, and general clerical functions is preferred
Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour
