Job Description About the Department The Channels & Digitalization function enables end-to-end seamless connectivity for UOB customers across all physical and digital touchpoints of the Bank. Designed to be in tune with our customers’ banking preferences, we strive to enhance engagement and deliver exemplary experiences across our network of branches, self-service machines and digital platforms. We collaborate with FinTech ecosystem partners to keep abreast of developments in the FinTech innovation space and to embed ourselves in our customers’ lives. We also harness customer insights to help us deliver new business models and digital innovations, and to build deeper relationships with our customers. Job Responsibilities Ensure the services delivered to the customers are efficient and courteous I. Operation: Ensure the effectiveness of branch operations & risk control Ensure positive public perception of the Bank by extending a courteous greeting and welcome to customers and visitors by providing accurate and timely customer service Prepares accounting registration of daily activities of the department Receive cash (FCY / VND) deposit by customers; perform cash withdrawal transactions from customer account Ensure that the Source of Funds with the relevant threshold amounts is properly obtained from customers on cash transaction Selling and buying of FCY in cash to/from customers Perform end of day procedure. Reconcile cash account daily Perform compliance checking including but not limited to sanction screen, public figure checking, and local FX control regulation that applicable to products/services Handle customer inquiries, refer leads/ queries to appropriate distribution channels, attend to and resolve quickly Perform maintenance functions (under Maker role only) such as change of address, telephone number, email address, passport number, account related requests, block status placement & uplift and account closure II. Service standardization at highest level Service standard and quality upheld in the highest level Ensuring max level of customer experience and satisfaction at branch by achieving the Branch NPS Ensuring customer feedback is handled with care and efficient III. Growth - Business collaborations Engage & explore customer needs to achieve the assigned sales collaboration's goal. IV. Others Support team member to fulfill daily tasks with no pending/overdue items Assume responsibilities of registered key / combination holder.
