Shipping and Receiving/Warehouse Associate

We are seeking a 2nd shift reliable and detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving/Warehouse associate join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth and efficient handling of incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining accurate inventory records, and supporting overall warehouse operations. Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and delivery documentation
• Prepare and package outgoing shipments according to company standards and customer requirements
• Maintain accurate records of all shipments and inventory movements
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
• Ensure proper storage of goods and maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment
• Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy
• Handle documentation such as shipping labels, bills of lading, and customs paperwork as needed
• Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to resolve shipping and receiving issues

Skills and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional logistics or warehouse certifications are a plus
• Proven experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely
• Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with inventory management software
• Physical ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods

• Competitive Salary: We offer a competitive salary starting at $17.50-18.10/hour with performance-based raises at 3, 6 & 12 months.
