Inside Sales Associate

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Inside Sales Associate to join our dynamic team at a leading structural fasteners manufacturing company. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a growing organization by providing exceptional customer service and supporting sales growth through effective communication and product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels
• Assist customers in selecting appropriate fasteners and related products based on their project needs
• Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery
• Maintain and update customer records in the system
• Collaborate with the sales and production teams to ensure customer satisfaction
• Provide technical support and product information to clients
• Follow up on leads and proactively identify opportunities for new business
• Prepare quotes, proposals, and sales documentation as needed
• Stay informed about industry trends, product updates, and competitor activities

Skills and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred
• Previous experience in inside sales, customer service, or technical sales, preferably in construction, manufacturing, or related industries is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to understand technical product specifications and communicate effectively with customers
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused attitude
