Assistant Field Strategist

What You’ll Do
The Assistant Field Strategist helps advance Unto’s mission to express the kindness of Jesus by supporting international Cru staff and partners through strategic planning, coaching, and humanitarian project coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Cru national leaders, field staff, and partners
- Coach field staff in integrating gospel proclamation with humanitarian efforts
- Conduct field assessments, prepare reports, and communicate key insights
- Support project management and coordination using tools like Asana

The ideal candidate is adaptable, culturally aware, and thrives in both administrative and interpersonal settings. A self-starter with humility, curiosity, and a passion for global mission work will excel in this role. Multilingual ability is a plus.
