Stretching / Physical Therapy Aide (Part-Time)Unruh Spine Center is seeking a motivated and compassionate Stretching / Physical Therapy Aide to join our growing healthcare team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working hands-on with patients, is interested in rehabilitation or physical therapy, and thrives in a fast-paced clinical environment.You’ll work closely with our physical therapist and providers to help patients recover from injuries, surgeries, and musculoskeletal conditions—playing a key role in their progress and overall experience.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist the physical therapist with patient treatment plans and therapeutic exercisesPerform assisted stretching and myofascial techniques as directedGuide and support patients during exercises to ensure proper form, safety, and comfortAssist patients with mobility, transfers, and positioning as neededMonitor patient response during sessions and report progress or concerns to the therapistPrepare, clean, and maintain treatment areas and equipment in compliance with sanitation standardsDocument patient activities and progress under provider directionProvide limited front-office support when needed (scheduling assistance, patient questions, basic administrative tasks)QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredBackground or interest in physical therapy, kinesiology, exercise science, massage therapy, or healthcare preferredPrior experience in a physical therapy, chiropractic, or medical setting is a plus but not requiredComfortable with hands-on patient care and physical activity throughout the dayStrong communication and interpersonal skillsReliable, detail-oriented, and able to work well as part of a teamPositive attitude with a genuine desire to help patients improve their quality of lifeWhat We OfferHands-on experience in a collaborative healthcare settingOpportunity to learn and grow within a multi-disciplinary spine and rehab practiceSupportive team environment focused on patient-centered careJob Type: Part-timeWork Location: In-office only
