This individual will manage an independent sales force, with a focus on high-end golf courses, and key national accounts. This self-motivated, results-oriented sales leader will also be responsible for the tournament channel, limited off-course retail, and some specialty customers/events.
The Senior Sales Manager is expected to provide strategic market and customer business planning, customer growth partnerships, and key business analysis and tactical execution. This role requires a highly visible commitment to developing and maintaining strong, cross-functional working relationships with key internal sales support departments. This individual will have extensive engagement with Under Armour-Baltimore as we align to their Golf strategies. Expected competencies in organic and new business development, including opportunity identification, marketing and merchandising.

Essential Duties
- Manage and Develop Green Grass Independent sales force.
- Develop key strategic customer partnerships with high-end golf courses, management groups, and key accounts.
- Develop golf customer classification prioritization and /or specialization with a focus on overall revenue opportunities.
- Development and execution of customer class and key customer business plans, including marketing and promotional plans, customer programs and initiatives.
- Tracking and evaluating seasonal and annual sales and financial performance at brand, market, customer, and program level.
- Contribute to the preparation and execution of key internal, cross functional business reviews, customer forecasting, customer operations, customer resource support, etc.
- Competency with rep evaluation, recruitment & training of new reps.
- Partner with sales & Brand to assist with development of POP & concept shop development.
- Create and execute a coverage plan for respective territories by identifying target accounts, presenting the line virtually or in person to maximize revenue opportunities, and developing strong customer relationships.

- Four-year college degree
- Three years of successful sales management experience in the apparel industry, preferably focused on the golf channel
- Knowledge of the golf market, preferably with custom logoed apparel.
- Quantifiable accomplishments in development of attainable and aggressive sales goals
