The position will partner closely with the Retail Sales Management and sales support team to drive growth and manage sales initiatives within the Retail Division for the Champion brand. In addition, this role will collaborate cross functionally with brand, marketing, design, finance, customer service, and art teams to develop, execute, and optimize sales and product programs that support the retail business.

Essential Duties
- Responsible for driving sales and profitability for the Unrivaled Teamwear NCAA and Pro business at Key Retailers.
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based, long-term relationships with key stakeholders at each retailer from the top down.
- Work directly with customer service team on order entry, order management, customer communication, etc.
- Build out and manage overall NCAA and Pro assortment plans for each key Retail account.
- Develop, evaluate, drive programs/product assortments utilizing sales tools and brand marketing.
- Coordinate & manage seasonal and monthly planning and forecasting specifically for each account.
- Ability to proactively meet and oversee the fast-paced environment and growth expectations for each key account.
- Be the internal go-to person for all topics related to each key retail account.
- Proactively identify opportunities by reviewing customer point of sale, internal reporting, evaluating customer websites, competitive shopping, etc.
- Coordinate and execute seasonal line/art reviews with accounts both onsite and via Teams / Zoom.
- Closely partner/collaborate cross functionally with multiple internal teams, including all levels of management, to help complete daily tasks.
- Identify process improvements to help manage the business more efficiently.
- 5-7 years of apparel merchandising and/or sales experience with large, national retailers.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Business Planning and analytical skills are required
