Brief Description

We’re searching for a detail-oriented Graphic Designer to develop visual concepts that communicate our brand, support marketing initiatives, and enhance customer engagement. If you live and breathe design, obsess over the details that make a brand iconic, and can juggle multiple projects without dropping the (perfectly Pantone-matched) ball, this could be your next arena.

In this role, you’ll be a part of our in-house graphic design team, driving concepts from the first spark of inspiration to the final, production-ready outcome—whether it’s a seasonal catalog, global campaign, retail experience, or digital launch. You’ll champion our brand’s visual identity across all touchpoints, ensuring every asset feels premium, consistent, and rooted in sport.

Essential Duties

• Create compelling visual assets including marketing collateral, social media graphics, web content, email templates, presentations, and print materials.
• Develop and maintain brand consistency across all creative outputs.
• Work closely with the marketing and product teams to conceptualize and execute campaign visuals.
• Prepare production-ready files for print vendors and ensure accuracy in color, layout, and specifications.
• Assist in photoshoots, image selection, and basic photo editing or retouching as needed.
• Translate creative direction, feedback, and brand guidelines into polished final designs.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and project requirements.
• Stay current with design trends, tools, and best practices.
  
  

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2 years of professional design experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); motion or video experience is a plus.
• Strong understanding of typography, composition, color theory, and layout design principles.
• Ability to take constructive feedback and iterate quickly.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Portfolio demonstrating a range of design work.
• Bonus points for experience in an agency setting
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
