This position is the senior, strategic lead for Unrivaled Teamwear's Drop Ship business across the Gear, Champion, and Under Armour brands, spanning both licensed and leisure channels. The Digital Merchandiser owns assortment strategy, growth planning, and analytics for the program, and serves as the primary face of Drop Ship — both internally to leadership and externally with key customers. This individual partners closely with Brand Product Managers, Sales leadership, and the Sales Account Specialist (who executes the day-to-day tactical and operational work) to ensure the program is well-positioned, well-represented, and growing. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, a confident presenter, highly analytical, and comfortable owning outcomes and answering directly to leadership.

Essential Duties
Strategy & Growth
- Own assortment strategy and selection across all Drop Ship customers, brands, and channels — determining what belongs in the assortment and why, not just what's populated
- Identify and evaluate Drop Ship growth opportunities: market dynamics, competitive landscape, consumer behavior, and white space by customer
- Own seasonal assortment planning strategy and timeline across all brands, including new customer onboarding and hot market/event graphic opportunities
- Set standards and best practices for how the Drop Ship program should be executed, in partnership with Operations, Art Production, and Graphic Technology
- Own annual budgeting for the Drop Ship business and reforecast monthly by customer based on sales trends and market shifts
- Partner with Key Account Managers to align on and validate forecasts by customer, ensuring assortment and growth plans support the numbers
- Aligns with brand leads on drop ship pricing by brand, style, decoration type
- Serve as the primary point of contact and face of the Drop Ship program for customers at the merchandising/assortment level, in partnership with Sales
- Lead customer-facing business reviews and assortment presentations
- Own leadership reporting and presentations — translating performance and market data into a clear narrative and recommendation
- Serve as the go-to for leadership questions on Drop Ship performance, strategy, and opportunities
- Partner with Brand teams to understand product lifecycle, guide new style additions, and manage the strategic transition of discontinued styles
- Direct the Sales Account Specialist and cross-functional partners on execution priorities that support the assortment strategy
- Partner with R&D to determine Direct-to-Garment testing priorities and maintain the strategic direction of the approved style/color list
- Own analytics and reporting insights (weekly, monthly, annual) — partnering with the Sales Account Specialist and sales analysts on data pulls, but owning the interpretation and recommendations delivered to leadership
- Maintain a keen understanding of broader e-commerce trends and translate them into implications for the business
- 4-year college degree (BA or BS)
- 5 years of experience in the licensed and/or branded apparel market, with a data-driven, strategic approach
- E-commerce or merchandising experience with a strong understanding of retail math and metrics
- Proven ability as a strategic thinker and solution provider, comfortable presenting to and influencing leadership and external customers
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills with exceptional reporting capabilities
- Experience with annual budgeting and monthly forecasting, ideally by customer/account
- Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and communication abilities
- Proven ability to take initiative, own outcomes, and operate with a strong sense of urgency
- Subscribes to the highest standards of business ethics and the company's Global Code of Conduct
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office — especially Excel and PowerPoint
