Unreal Digital is seeking a strategic, relationship-driven Senior Account Director to lead integrated marketing initiatives for some of the worldâs most innovative brands. Youâll serve as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, guide multi-channel marketing strategies, and mentor a high-performing account team â all while delivering measurable business impact.

đ What Youâll DoAs our Senior Account Director, you will:
- Build and maintain high-level, trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders.
- Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies across digital, traditional, social, content, and experiential channels.
- Own and grow partner marketing programs â co-marketing, events, incentives, and indirect channel strategies.
- Identify long-term client opportunities, challenges, and business needs.
- Collaborate with creative, media, analytics, and production teams to deliver innovative, performance-driven campaigns.
- Lead, mentor, and empower account teams to achieve top-tier performance and growth.
- Set KPIs, analyze performance, and deliver compelling, data-driven results and recommendations.
- Drive alignment, operational efficiency, and client success across cross-functional teams.
- 8 years of account management experience in a marketing or advertising agency.
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Masterâs preferred).
- Proven experience managing multi-channel campaigns that drive business outcomes.
- Strong background in B2B demand generation or content marketing.
- Experience with partner marketing, PRM platforms, ABM, sales enablement, or marketing automation (bonus points!).
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, strategic thinking, and client leadership skills.

You lead with confidence and empathy, communicate clearly, and build trusted relationships across senior stakeholders. You create alignment across workstreams, guide teams through complexity, and ensure expectations are set and met.
