We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Protection Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their assets. The Protection Agent will be responsible for monitoring premises, responding to incidents, and implementing security protocols.
Responsibilities
- Monitor surveillance systems, including CCTV, to detect suspicious activities and ensure the safety of the premises.
- Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas to deter potential threats and maintain a visible security presence.
- Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, assessing situations and taking appropriate action to resolve conflicts.
- Collaborate with local law enforcement when necessary, providing detailed reports on incidents and investigations.
- Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Provide first aid and CPR assistance as needed, ensuring the well-being of individuals on-site.
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and any unusual occurrences for reporting purposes.
- Stay updated on security protocols and participate in ongoing training related to surveillance techniques and conflict resolution.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in conflict management, law enforcement, or de-escalation is preferred.
- Familiarity with CCTV systems and surveillance techniques is essential.
- Certification in First Aid and CPR is required; additional training in emergency response is a plus.
- Strong observational and report-writing skills with the ability to remain calm while under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English, for effective communication and collaboration with clients.
- A militarized background or training is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and MN permit to carry be willing to travel as needed for assignments.
