What are the responsibilities and job description for the Service Coordinator position at UNPAID JLL-Jones Lang LaSalle, Inc.?
What this job involves –
- Participate as a key team member in responses to emergency situations
- Coordinate with building operations JLL management for electrical breakdowns and other repair items
- Conduct monthly checks of stock inventory and ensure all items are stocked, including but not limited to cups, napkins, condiments, paper in the printers, etc. – office supply cabinets, shipping supplies
- Handle conference room setups requested by the site occupants – provide a/v support and maintenance as needed
- Assist with handling the UPS packages, check the mailbox, and deliver items – use mail processing system to receive and process deliveries, facilitate international shipments
- Aid in general administrative activities and any other duties as assigned by the Facilities Management team
