Key Responsibilities

• Utilize historical sales data and market trends to develop accurate sales forecasts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align merchandise plans with business objectives.
• Utilize advanced Excel functions to analyze and interpret data, create reports, and support decision-making processes.
• Develop and maintain spreadsheets to track inventory levels, sales performance, and other key metrics.
• Effectively communicate with internal teams, vendors, and international stakeholders in both English and Spanish.
• Collaborate with the Head of Travel Retail to develop and implement effective store layouts that optimize the customer shopping experience.
• Ensure that merchandise assortments align with brand guidelines and regional preferences.
• Work closely with the visual merchandising team to create visually appealing displays that showcase our jewelry collections.
  
  

Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and OneNote are essential.
• Bilingual English – Spanish required.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work within deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting while maintaining a positive and solution-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication skills with a strong sense of follow-up.
• Collaborative team player who contributes positively to group success.
• Demonstrates accountability and a well-rounded ability to manage responsibilities.
• Proven experience in merchandise planning and/or visual merchandising.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience.
• Required to work a flexible schedule based on business needs that includes, evenings, weekends and holidays.
