| Position Summary | The Department of Languages, Cultures & Literatures may be looking for qualified Visiting Lecture Ill for academic year 26-27. This is a one year appointment and renewal for an additional year is dependent upon funding and sufficient student enrollment. The Department of Languages, Cultures, and Literatures is a department looking to hire a Visiting Lecturer Ill to teach Classics courses. The Visiting Lecturer Ill in Classics will be teaching courses and seminars in Classics languages, advanced grammar and culture classes. |
| Qualifications | Minimum Qualifications: 1. PhD or Equivalent in Classics by start date of appointment 2. Experience teaching higher education courses in Classics language, advanced grammar and culture Preferred Qualifications: 1. Experience teaching in an academic institution 2. A demonstrated commitment to cultivate an understanding of the rich and varied cultures of New Mexico and to the success of the university's mission to serve local and global communities.
