| Position Summary | The University of New Mexico (UNM) Real Estate Department is seeking a
positive, self-motivated Accountant 3 to provide crucial management of daily financial
operations of our department. If you’re passionate about numbers, financial
processes, and contributing to the success of a prestigious institution, we’d
love to hear from you! We are seeking an experienced accounting professional who
brings a strong analytical mindset and a focus on problem-solving with interest
in expanding their scope over time and contributing to financial management and

| Minimum Qualifications | Bachelor's degree and successful completion of at least 15 credit hours of university-level accounting through intermediate accounting; at least 3 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified. Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis. |
