Detailed Responsibilities:
- COORDINATE - Coordinate catering events to include delivery, set-up, break down and clean up; ensure attractive garnishing and food display; work in collaboration with cooks to coordinate catering food order
- SCHEDULE - Review catering event schedules and prepare order requests for needed product and equipment; inspect catering event sites; ensure compliance with TJC and other regulatory agency requirements
- INVENTORY - Maintain inventory of catering supplies to include dishes, serviceware and other related catering equipment and supplies
- QUALITY - Adjusts client billing in accordance with actual services provided; ensure customer satisfaction by providing quality service
- LIAISON - May serve as liaison for assigned area; respond and resolve inquiries and complaints
- RELATED WORK - Perform related duties and responsibilities as required

- Valid New Mexico Driver's License
- UNM Vehicle Operator's Permit w/in 60 days
