What You’ll Do
Edit high-performing short-form video ads (6–45 seconds) optimized for Facebook & Instagram
Turn raw assets (UGC, influencer content, product footage) into scroll-stopping paid ad creatives
Create multiple creative variations (hooks, pacing, captions, CTAs) for testing and iteration
Apply best practices for paid social: fast hooks, subtitles, mobile-first framing
Collaborate closely with brand and marketing teams to refine creatives based on performance data
Actively suggest creative ideas and improvements—not just execute instructions
What We’re Looking For
2–5 years of experience editing videos specifically for Facebook & Instagram ads
Strong understanding of performance-driven creative and short-form storytelling
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (After Effects is a plus)
Experience editing UGC-style content for consumer brands
Ability to move quickly while maintaining quality
Strong sense of accountability and follow-through
Nice to Have
Experience with DTC or consumer brands (beauty/wellness a plus)
Familiarity with paid social metrics (hook rate, CTR, retention)
Motion graphics or simple animation skills
TikTok / Shorts editing experience
