Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional client service throughout the buying and selling process Communicate, negotiate, and market properties effectively Ensure full compliance with Fair Housing laws and real estate regulations Manage listings and maintain accurate transaction records Build strong, long-term client relationships that generate referrals Utilize digital tools and marketing platforms to grow business opportunities
Qualifications Active real estate license (Agent or Broker) required Completion of the 75-hour real estate course (applicants currently enrolled are welcome) Open to both new and experienced agents Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple clients and transactions efficiently Willingness to learn, take coaching, and grow Basic computer and digital tool proficiency Full-time commitment and entrepreneurial mindset
