What You’ll Do:
- Guide live leads through the buying or selling process
- Conduct client consultations, showings, and open houses
- Draft and manage contracts, agreements, and closing documentation
- Stay current with market trends and provide informed guidance
- Build long-term relationships through consistent follow-up and exceptional service
What We’re Looking For:
- An active Real Estate License (or willingness to obtain—we provide guidance)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Local market knowledge or a willingness to learn quickly
- Reliable transportation and a valid U.S. driver’s license
