You'll be the voice our customers hear and the behind-the-scenes hero managing service calls, schedules, and updates, keeping everything running smoothly. We'll appreciate you for it!

* Create accurate service requests and manage details
* Assist customers and resolve issues quickly
* Dispatch and communicate with technicians via dispatching software
* Manage schedules and updates to keep things running smoothly
* Act quickly on urgent tasks and troubleshoot as needed
* Provide clear quotes and prepare invoices with correct pricing
* Pitch in wherever needed to keep operations flowing

* Experienced in customer service (dispatching, billing, or ERP systems is a plus)
