Responsibilities Include:
- Run monthly scheduled stops.
- Ensure vehicle stocked with all necessary equipment and clean and organized.
- Manage customer inventory.
- Create invoices and service orders for customer records.
- Effectively communicate with management and work independently in a fluid environment without close supervision.
- Maintain existing accounts by providing excellent customer service.
- Communicate clearly and interact with existing customers on a professional level.
- Train and educate customers on procedures and equipment care.
- Educate customers on proper use of all products.
- Seek and cultivate new business for the growth of the company.
- Develop and grow product knowledge.
- Understand all products and their application.
- Learn the proper operation of all the equipment.
- Learn and understand the parts needed for service/repair.
- Perform preventative maintenance on all equipment.
- Respond to emergency break/fix scenarios.
- Work on-call duty rotation.
- Other tasks as assigned.
Basic Qualifications:
- Strong mechanical aptitude request, previous service, repair, or maintenance experience a plus!
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Completion of a satisfactory background check and drug screening
- Valid Driver's License with acceptable driving record
Physical Requirements:
- Exert up to 150 pounds of force (pulling, pushing, lifting, carrying, etc.) regularly and up to 50-75 pounds of force frequently without assistance.
- Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, reach, stand, walk, twist, and grasp to perform essential job functions.
- Tolerate environmental conditions consisting of extreme heat, cold, noise, vibration, fumes, dust, and poor ventilation.
