Outside Sales Representative
Remote | Travel up to 30% (Illinois, Missouri, Indiana, minimal overnight travel)
Base Salary: $55,000 Commission Car Allowance

What You'll Do
* Manage the full sales cycle-from prospecting to closing deals.
* Grow your territory by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
* Build relationships through on-site visits, calls, and emails.
* Recommend tailored service solutions that help customers operate efficiently.
* Travel efficiently across your territory (about 30%, limited overnight travel).
What You Bring
* Proven success in sales, ideally in HVAC, foodservice, or related industries.
* Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
* Self-motivated, team-oriented, and results-driven.
* Willingness to travel and maintain a professional presence.
* Must be at least 18 years of age
* Completion of a satisfactory background check and drug screen required
* Valid Driver's license and driving record that aligns with our safety standards
