SAM Service, Inc. is seeking a dependable, techsavvy Customer Service Representative to join our corporate office in Albany, GA. This is a fastpaced role where you will consistently handle customer calls, emails, and internal coordination to ensure accurate, timely service.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage a high volume of incoming customer calls in a fastpaced environment

- Handle customer emails consistently throughout the day

- Enter customer information and service orders into internal systems with accuracy

- Troubleshoot issues and resolve customer inquiries promptly

- Coordinate with fellow branches to provide clear, accurate customer updates

- Build trust and maintain strong customer relationships

- Follow established company procedures and service standards

- Collaborate with team members to support smooth daily operations

Qualifications

- High school diploma (required)

- Exceptionally strong skills with computers, tablets, and smartphones

- Excellent communication, active listening, and problemsolving abilities

- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively

- Comfortable working in a fastpaced, dynamic environment

- Oncall availability as needed

- Must pass preemployment and random drug screenings

- Must live in - or be willing to relocate to - the Albany, GA area
