This is a new role, created to support a new content and brand initiative
$65,000 to $85,000 annually
Compensation based on experience, speed, consistency, and cultural fit
Unlimited RV is hiring a full-time Videographer to document real life inside a fast-growing RV dealership.
This is not a polished commercial role.
This is not a slow, cinematic editing job.
We are looking for someone who can capture what’s actually happening every day in real time and turn it into authentic, fast, high-volume content across social platforms.
If you believe the best content is real, slightly imperfect, and timely, this role will be a good fit for you.
You will document day-to-day life at Unlimited RV, including
Sales floor activity
Customer deliveries and reactions
Service department wins
Behind-the-scenes moments
Team culture, leadership moments, and honest conversations
Events, RV shows, promotions, and community involvement
Capture, edit, and publish content quickly
Same-day or next-day turnaround is expected
Minimal over-editing, no heavy effects or overproduction
Focus on clarity, energy, and authenticity
Publish content across platforms such as
TikTok
YouTube Shorts
You don’t need to be a “growth hacker,” but you must understand what content works and why, and be willing to learn quickly.

Strong handheld shooting skills, phone or camera
Comfortable filming people in real environments
Basic to intermediate editing skills with fast workflow

Not afraid to ask questions or jump into the action
