Sr Manager, Business Applications - Safety

This role will lead the Safety Division’s enterprise application portfolio, including ERP, WMS, TMS, DMS, and EDI systems. Own roadmap, delivery, reliability, vendor management, and compliance to improve operational platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Own roadmap for ERP/WMS/EDI/connected apps and align with divisional strategy.
• Deliver upgrades, patching, and feature enablement for ERP and WMS systems.
• Maintain DR/BCP playbooks and execute annual tests.
• Govern EDI and related applications to ensure SLA performance.
• Drive ServiceNow processes and reduce aged incidents.
• Implement Power Platform governance and managed environments.
• Manage MSAs/SOWs and oversee vendor performance.
• Build and mentor a high-performing team aligned with company principles.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
• 8–12 years managing enterprise applications (ERP/WMS/EDI).
• Deep experience with Sage X3 and/or SAP.
• Integration leadership across business platforms.
• Hands-on DR/BCP ownership and compliance experience.
• ServiceNow operations expertise.
• Working knowledge of EDI and connected apps.
• Strong people leadership and stakeholder communication skills.

Preferred:

• Power Platform governance experience.
• SAP ECC upgrade experience.
• Familiarity with API/iHub and common data model initiatives.
