As Pricing Administration Clerk or Vendor Contract Admin, you will provide general office support with a variety of clerical activities related to invoicing, inventory cost and customer pricing. You will be responsible for performing general clerical duties to include, but not limited to, invoice and file retrieval, organizational document storage, data clarification & correction and cross referencing of invoice pricing- as well as additional clerical duties assigned by supervisor.

This is a Mon-Fri, day shift role, onsite in our Atlanta, GA (Lithia Springs) office. 

Responsibilities:

  • File and retrieve organizational documents, records and reports.
  • Demonstrate internal and external customer service
  • Perform data entry
  • Work on special projects assigned by Supervisor
  • Research all updates to ensure data entered is correct
  • Retrieve and log costs and pricing updates onto Smartsheet in a timely manner
  • Manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
  • Follow a systematic approach to updating prices; notify manager on elevated requests and research all variances
  • Interact with internal and external resources at all management levels; adhere to confidentiality policy in regard to sensitive company and customer proprietary information

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Bachelor's degree a plus
  • Strong data entry skills with low error rates
  • Strong MS Excel skills 
  • Previous experience with AS400 a plus
  • Previous invoicing or pricing experience is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated flexibility with changing priorities and instruction; open minded to other ideas
