What are the responsibilities and job description for the Material Handler - Face Shields (MCR Safety) position at Unlimited Potential?
MCR Safety, a Bunzl company, is hiring for a Material Handler - Face Shields. Face Shields personnel are responsible for producing quality face shields at an established production rate. Work assignment will be Monday through Thursday 4:00 AM - 12:30 PM and Friday 3 AM – 11:30 AM.
Responsibilities:
- Production of face shields
- Ensure face shields are accurate and free of damage
- Set up and run all equipment in a safe and efficient manner
- Keep all raw materials separate and clearly marked
- Perform machine preventative maintenance
- Die set up
- Submit samples to Quality Control for testing prior to production
- Receive raw materials and warehouse according to established company procedures
- Process paperwork on completed face shields
- Maintain a neat, clean, and orderly work area
- Assist in maintaining the security of the warehouse and perform all tasks in a manner which promotes safety in accordance with OSHA standards.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 year experience in a warehouse environment preferred
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Must have strong attention to detail
- Familiarity with operation of basic hand tools
- Machine experience a plus
- Must be able to work Monday through Thursday 4:00 AM - 12:30 PM and Friday 3 AM - 11:30 AM
