Lead all aspects of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) operations and strategy for the Safety Division, including onboarding trading partners, managing ERP integrations, ensuring compliance, and driving continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Own the Safety Division EDI roadmap and align with divisional digital strategy.
- Lead onboarding and migration projects for trading partners across multiple EDI platforms.
- Oversee mapping and testing of EDI transactions for customers and vendors.
- Coordinate with ERP teams and middleware for accurate data exchange.
- Manage relationships with EDI service providers and internal resources to meet SLA compliance.
- Establish EDI governance standards for prioritization and error handling.
- Monitor daily transactions and resolve exceptions.
- Ensure adherence to IT Security Standards and maintain audit-ready documentation.
- Identify automation opportunities and implement process enhancements.
- Drive KPIs for EDI accuracy, timeliness, and partner onboarding speed.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED Required
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 5–8 years of experience in EDI operations and integration projects.
- Strong knowledge of EDI standards and transaction sets.
- Hands-on experience with SPS Commerce, TrueCommerce, and ERP integrations.
- Proven ability to manage vendor relationships and deliver complex integration projects.
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
Preferred:
- Experience with Conexiom automation and Power Platform.
- Familiarity with Seeburger and AS2/FTP protocols.
