Unlimited Painting is looking for an experienced, motivated, and outgoing Door-to-Door Appointment Setter to join our growing team.
This is a high-energy sales position for someone who knows how to approach homeowners, build relationships, handle rejection, and generate results.
Compensation
Hourly Pay Performance-Based Incentives
You’ll receive reliable hourly pay while also having the opportunity to earn additional incentives based on the appointments you set and your performance.
⚠ IMPORTANT — THIS IS AN OUTDOOR POSITION
This position requires you to work outside during the cold season. You will be walking neighborhoods and knocking doors in cold temperatures, wind, and the elements.
You must be comfortable spending extended periods of time outdoors and be prepared to dress appropriately for the weather.
If you aren't willing to walk neighborhoods and work outside in cold and windy conditions, this position is not for you.
What You’ll Do
- Go door-to-door in targeted neighborhoods
- Speak directly with homeowners
- Introduce homeowners to Unlimited Painting and our services
- Identify homeowners who are interested in painting or staining projects
- Set qualified appointments for our sales team
- Build positive relationships with potential customers
- Represent Unlimited Painting professionally
- Track appointments and results
- Work toward weekly and monthly appointment goals
- Communicate with the office and sales team
What We’re Looking For
- Previous sales experience is REQUIRED
- Door-to-door sales experience is strongly preferred
- Confident and comfortable approaching strangers
- Proven ability to generate leads and set appointments
- Positive, energetic, and self-motivated
- Competitive and goal-oriented
- Reliable and willing to work hard
- Willing to work outdoors in cold, windy, and changing weather conditions
- Comfortable walking for extended periods of time
- Professional appearance and communication
- Able to handle rejection and keep moving
- Spanish speaking is a plus, but not required
