Parts & Inventory Assistant

Unlimited Offroad Centers is one of Michigan's premier off-road customization shops, specializing in Jeeps, trucks, lifts, wheels, tires, accessories, and complete vehicle builds. We're looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Parts & Inventory Assistant to join our team.
This isn't a job where you'll be standing around waiting for work. Every day is different, and you'll play a key role in keeping our shop running efficiently.
What You'll Do
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments
- Label and organize inventory
- Stock shelves and maintain a clean, organized parts department
- Pull parts accurately for technicians and sales staff
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts
- Process returns and warranty items
- Help maintain accurate inventory in our management software
- Assist with loading and unloading deliveries
- Keep the warehouse and parts areas clean and professional
- Work closely with our Parts Manager and Operations Team
We're Looking For Someone Who:
- Is dependable and shows up on time every day
- Has excellent organizational skills
- Pays attention to the smallest details
- Learns quickly and asks questions when unsure
- Can lift 50 pounds
- Works well in a fast-paced environment
- Takes pride in keeping things clean and organized
- Has basic computer skills
- Has automotive or off-road knowledge (preferred but not required)
Bonus Points If You:
- Have previous inventory or warehouse experience
- Have experience with automotive parts
- Understand Jeep or truck aftermarket accessories
- Have forklift experience (not required)
