Online Sales Manager (E-Commerce & Off-Road Industry)

Unlimited Offroad Centers, INC. is looking for a hands-on Online Sales Manager to lead and scale our digital sales channels. This is a leadership role for someone who understands both online sales performance and the operational side of moving parts—from inventory to the customer’s door.
You won’t just manage—you’ll build, optimize, and drive results.
What You’ll Own
- Develop and execute online sales strategies to grow revenue across eBay and other digital platforms
- Analyze sales performance, pricing, and trends to maximize profitability
- Oversee inventory flow, fulfillment, and shipping operations to ensure speed and accuracy
- Manage vendor relationships, sourcing, and product availability
- Optimize listings, categories, and product visibility (SEO, pricing strategy, promotions)
- Identify bottlenecks in operations and implement process improvements
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, parts, warehouse, accounting) to keep operations running smoothly
- Drive accountability and performance across the online sales function
