- What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound calls and make outbound follow-up calls
- Sell lawn care services to new and existing customers
- Build strong customer relationships and close sales
- Use proven sales techniques to overcome objections
- Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented sales environment
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and people skills
- Sales mindset with a drive to hit goals
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Comfortable using computers and CRM systems
- Sales or call center experience preferred — we train the right people
- Reliable transportation and clean MVR
- Schedule
- Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts
- Saturdays 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
