You Are:
Responsible for maintaining smooth and efficient office operations, managing financial and payroll processes, overseeing compliance, and supporting employee-related administrative tasks. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, a high level of confidentiality and the ability to collaborate with various teams to ensure streamlined processes.

Your Schedule:
- Full-Time | 40 Hours Per Week
- Mon-Fri 8am-5pm

Your Manager:
- Paul, CEO
Your Contribution to Unlimited Integration:
- Bookkeeping: monthly reconciliations, invoice processing, and accounts payable, deposits, cashflow.
- Payroll: Processes, time tracking, external payroll service
- Compliance: State sales tax and Use tax filings, 401k, insurance renewals, licenses, and tax preparation (hand to CPA)
- HR: Employee onboarding, recognition programs, off-boarding
- Scheduling: Assign installation staff to projects
- Maintain Office: Supplies, facility maintenance, access, equipment, cleaning staff
- Admin: Plan travel and corporate events, mail handling, telephones, record keeping, filing
Your Background/Skills:
- 5yrs: office management, administrative support, or similar roles.
- QuickBooks: Highly Proficient in Online
- Experience managing payroll and basic accounting functions.

Salary:
- $55k-$70k/yr
