Role Description
We are seeking motivated and reliable Sales Representatives to join our growing team in Greenville, SC.
This is a full-time, in-person position with some flexibility for hybrid work after training.
In this role, you will handle inbound calls from our internal telemarketing department, verify client information, and assist qualified applicants in completing life insurance applications, all while providing an exceptional customer experience.
No prior sales or insurance experience is required. We provide comprehensive training to help you succeed and build a rewarding career in the insurance industry.

Responsabilities
- Take inbound calls from the internal telemarketing team.
- Verify and confirm client information accurately.
- Determine eligibility and professionally disqualify ineligible applicants.
- Complete and submit insurance applications during live calls.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with telemarketing and sales teams to ensure alignment and lead quality.
Qualifications
- Laptop or desktop computer and a strong Wi-Fi connection.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic.
- Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM EST (with a 1-hour daily break).
- No prior sales or insurance experience required, training is provided.
Compensation
- Base Salary: $2,000 per month (paid biweekly through Deel).
- Training Pay: $500 per week during the training period.
- Commission Opportunities: Earn $5,000–$8,000 in additional monthly commissions based on performance.
