Junior Sales Representative

JUNIOR SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Responsibilities

• Learn the ins and outs of our product lines across three core verticals: janitorial, food service, and packaging disposable supplies.
• Support the sales team by managing existing accounts and identifying new business opportunities within the Jacksonville Metro Area.
• Participate in hands-on training, ride-alongs, and sales meetings to develop your B2B sales skills.
• Utilize provided sales materials and strategies to generate leads, schedule appointments, and close deals.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with senior team members to learn negotiation tactics and account management best practices.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of sales experience (B2B or B2C preferred, but not required). Recent graduates with a strong work ethic are encouraged to apply.
• Experience or familiarity with the janitorial, food service, or packaging supply industries is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow within a sales organization.
• Ability to work independently while also taking direction from senior leadership.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license for local travel.

Compensation

• Base Salary: $35,000 - $40,000 per year (depending on experience).
• Commission Structure: Uncapped commission paid monthly on new sales and account growth.
• Total On-Target Earnings (Year 1): $55,000 - $65,000.
