Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources role based in Salt Lake City, UT. The HR professional will manage day-to-day HR operations, including handling employee inquiries, maintaining personnel records, and supporting onboarding and offboarding processes. Responsibilities include administering employee benefits, assisting with payroll-related information, and helping to ensure compliance with company HR policies and applicable employment laws. The role will also support HR management activities such as performance processes, employee engagement initiatives, and training coordination. This position requires close collaboration with leadership and team members across manufacturing, design, and operations to foster a positive, safe, and inclusive workplace.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with the ability to support day-to-day HR operations.
- Knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Benefits, including compliance with federal and state labor regulations.
- Proficiency in Personnel Management, including maintaining accurate records and supporting performance and development processes.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to build trust across diverse teams.
- Experience with HRIS or similar HR software, and basic proficiency in Microsoft Office or comparable tools.
- Ability to work on-site in a manufacturing environment and collaborate effectively with production, design, and leadership teams.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and commitment to confidentiality and non-discriminatory HR practices.
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred; relevant HR certifications are a plus.
