CONSTRUCTION PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR:
MUST LIVE IN HAWAII
Unlimited Construction Services, Inc. is an entirely locally-owned company that has a steady presence over 30 years committed to sustainable building in Hawaii. We are seeking a full-time positive individual(s) that’s eager to learn, grow, and be an integral part of the team. As part of the Project Management team, the Project Administrator will assist with the daily operations of a project site. This position is stationed at the project site and performs duties to ensure that work on the project meets plan and specification requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain healthy and positive relationships with subcontractors and owners.
- Receive, distribute, and file daily correspondence based on priorities and assignments determined by the assigned Management Team. May also assist the Executive Team of the Corporate Office.
- Assist the Management Team in scheduling meetings, reservations, staff and subcontractor meetings, etc.
- Assist and direct daily telephone calls and visitors.
- Receive, distribute and file daily email correspondence.
- Maintain the office supply inventory and prepare orders as needed to keep adequate stock of supplies.
- Manage the office events calendar and distribute to the staff.
- Prepare a wide variety of reports, charts, spreadsheets, etc under direction of immediate supervisors.
- Assists the project team with site safety documentation and coordination.
- Assists project team with closeout of the project.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent candid, vocal and honest communication skills both written and verbal and interpersonal, be a relationship builder
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and similar software
- Able to prioritize and organize tasks and follow through with completion.
- Must be a conscientious ambitious individual able to work in busy, fast paced environment and ability to shift gears effortlessly.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
