We are looking for a Rental Manager/Warranty Coordinator to help with the organization and running of the daily rental operations of Unlimited Properties and new home warranty coordination for Unlimited Homes. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results. Responsibilities will include both property management tasks and new construction warranty tasks
Responsibilities
- Show properties to prospective clients
- Manage leasing process
- Managing/creating marketing materials
- Manage maintenance and warranty requests
- Perform new home orientation and walk throughs with clients
- Assist in preparing documents
- Organize office and assist in ways that optimize procedures
- Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information
- Schedule and plan meetings and appointments
- Coordinate with others to ensure tasks are completed on time
- Coordinate with suppliers, customers and colleagues
- Assist in improving efficiency of day-to-day processes
Skills
- Proven experience as a back-office assistant, office administrator, or in another relevant administrative role
- Working knowledge of office equipment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Ability to learn software programs that assist with daily operations
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
