POSITION: Unlimited Homes is a local construction company building high quality homes since 1988, we are seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various construction tasks, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
· Self perform general construction tasks, maintenance, service calls, punch out, checklists
· Ability to interpret plans, blueprints
· Ensure quality control of new home delivery
· Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair general construction items.
· Jobsite documentation of materials, punch lists, etc.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND KNOWLEDGE QUALIFICAIONS
· Experience in residential construction or similar field
· Ability to communicate effectively and work with office staff
· Work with limited supervision and as part of a team
· Ability to prioritize and work under pressure to meet deadlines
· Have reliable transportation and drivers license
· Experience with general construction tools
· Experience with general construction repairs and maintenance
· Light carpentry experience required
· Basic computer skills
