Job Description
Unlimited Care Inc. is looking for an Employment Coordinator who is responsible for coordinating, recording, and updating compliance requirements for field staff.
Essential Job Functions:
Must be bilingual (Spanish and English)
Candidates must possess at least a High School Diploma (some college is preferred) and have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a home health agency or 2 years of other relevant record keeping experience.
Team coordination and communication skills are skills necessary, as is basic computer literacy.
A valid NYS driver's license is required

Unlimited Care Inc. is looking for an Employment Coordinator who is responsible for coordinating, recording, and updating compliance requirements for field staff.
Essential Job Functions:
- Coordinates applicants’ hiring process to ensure full compliance with state, federal and contract regulations.
- Maintains compliance with both regulations and contract requirements
- Schedules field staff personnel.
- Responsible for assisting with insurance verification accuracy.
- Works directly with Supervisory RN in scheduling all branch in-service training programs.
